2. Available (In-Stock) Items

β€’ Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery.

β€’ Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

β€’ Customers must provide proof of purchase.

Refunds will only be issued if the item is:

β€’ Damaged upon delivery

β€’ Incorrect item received

We do not accept returns for change of mind after purchase.

3. Pre-Order Items

β€’ Pre-order items take approximately 8–10 weeks to arrive.

β€’ By placing a pre-order, you agree to the waiting period.

β€’ Pre-order payments are non-refundable once the order has been placed.

β€’ Refunds are only considered if:

β€’ The order cannot be fulfilled

Delivery/shipping fees for pre-orders are calculated after items arrive in Ghana.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

   If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 24 hours with:

We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

5. Refund Processing
