1. General Policy
At Chylls Shop, we aim to provide quality products to our customers. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
2. Available (In-Stock) Items
β’ Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery.
β’ Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
β’ Customers must provide proof of purchase.
Refunds will only be issued if the item is:
β’ Defective
β’ Damaged upon delivery
β’ Incorrect item received
We do not accept returns for change of mind after purchase.
3. Pre-Order Items
β’ Pre-order items take approximately 8β10 weeks to arrive.
β’ By placing a pre-order, you agree to the waiting period.
β οΈ Important:
β’ Pre-order payments are non-refundable once the order has been placed.
β’ Refunds are only considered if:
β’ The item is unavailable from the supplier
β’ The order cannot be fulfilled
Delivery/shipping fees for pre-orders are calculated after items arrive in Ghana.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 24 hours with:
β’ Clear photos or videos
β’ Order details
We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
5. Refund Processing
β’ Approved refunds will be processed within 3β7 working days.
β’ Refunds will be made via the original payment method (Mobile Money or Card).
