• Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and will be communicated before dispatch.

3. Pre-Order Items

• Pre-order items take approximately 8–10 weeks to arrive in Ghana.

• Once the items arrive, customers will be contacted for delivery arrangements.

• Delivery or shipping fees will be determined after the items arrive, based on your location.

4. Delivery Process

• Orders are delivered through third-party delivery services.

• Customers must provide accurate contact details and delivery address.

• You may be contacted before delivery to confirm availability.

5. Failed Delivery

   If delivery fails due to incorrect details or customer unavailability:

• A redelivery fee may be required.

• Orders may be delayed until proper arrangements are made.
