🔁 Refund and Returns Policy – Chylls Shop

1. General Policy

   At Chylls Shop, we aim to provide quality products to our customers. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. Available (In-Stock) Items

• Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

• Customers must provide proof of purchase.

Refunds will only be issued if the item is:

• Defective

• Damaged upon delivery

• Incorrect item received

We do not accept returns for change of mind after purchase.

3. Pre-Order Items

• Pre-order items take approximately 8–10 weeks to arrive.

• By placing a pre-order, you agree to the waiting period.

⚠️ Important:

• Pre-order payments are non-refundable once the order has been placed.

• Refunds are only considered if:

  • The item is unavailable from the supplier

• The order cannot be fulfilled

Delivery/shipping fees for pre-orders are calculated after items arrive in Ghana.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

   If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 24 hours with:

• Clear photos or videos

• Order details

We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

5. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 working days.

• Refunds will be made via the original payment method (Mobile Money or Card).
